Professional Background
Natalie joined LLLS Lawyers in March 2025. Since then, she has worked as a paralegal and assisted in various fields within the commercial and corporate law sector.
Areas of Experience
Natalie has assisted in the following areas of commercial law and civil litigation:
- Legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to commercial and corporate matters
- Legal due diligence and risk assessment in major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
- Provide cross-border legal guidance on compliance, investment, and commercial matters
- Support foreign entities entering and operating within the PNG market
- Legal consultation in various large resource projects within the mining as well as oil and gas sector
- Liaison with several government departments
- Contractual review and drafting
- General advice on the laws of PNG and the legal system
- Initiated public register searches, including CEPA, MRA, and court searches.
- Various projects with the Commonwealth Lawyers Association
- Data privacy and cybersecurity advice
- Advise international clients on PNG constitutional and regulatory frameworks, including public procurement, civil aviation, and cybersecurity law
- Support development of internal AI policies and governance standards
