Marlyna is in her fourth year of practice and has been working with Leahy Lewin Lowing Sullivan Lawyers since 14 March 2022.
Areas of Experience
Marlyna practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation and occasionally in family law and wills, probate and administration matters. Marlyna has assisted the Partners and lawyers in the area of commercial litigation, including:·
- Assisting the Partners and senior associates in conducting appeal proceedings in the Supreme Court of PNG
- Assisting the Partners and senior associates in conducting recovery actions and liquidation proceedings in the National Court of PNG

- Assisting the Partners and senior associates in resolving Immigration and Labor and International Relations disputes
- Contractual and commercial disputes· employment and human rights disputes
- Insurance related claims and defence
- Wills, Probate and Administration related proceedings
- Judgement enforcement proceedings
- Child custody, maintenance, and Interim Protection Order proceedings at the Family Court
- Conducting eviction proceedings at the District Court
- Defending summary offences at the Committal Court
