The firm commenced operations in 2003, when Peter Lowing, then a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in PNG, established the practice. In September 2010, Michael Sullivan and Stephen Lewin, both of whom had been practising in PNG since 1993 and 1984 respectively , joined the firm as Partners. Eunice Parua was elevated to Partner in 2018, followed by Benard Sinen in 2022.
