Eunice is a Partner in the Commercial division of the firm. She is a highly regarded legal professional based in Port Moresby, PNG, with over a decade of experience in commercial advisory and dispute resolution.
Eunice’s expertise spans across employment law, consumer protection, contracts, commercial and corporate matters. She provides end-to-end support, including setting up and structuring businesses, due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, compliance reviews and drafting organizational policies as well as providing advice and assistance in liquidations, schemes of arrangements and deregistration. She also advises on intellectual property matters, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, helping clients navigate complex PNG laws and achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.
Her commercial background is complemented by 10 years of litigation experience. Eunice has appeared extensively in the District, National and Supreme Courts of PNG and has acted in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes including contractual claims, debt recovery, judicial review, probate and administration, mortgagee recovery actions, insurance disputes, conducting appeals and alternative dispute resolution matters such as mediation and arbitration.
